We have received entries for the raffle promo of Democratic Empathy: Nurturing a Healthy Participation in Politics with incomplete proof of compliance with the raffle instructions. As such, registrants who have incomplete proof of compliance for the raffle will not be given a raffle entry number UNLESS they send a PM to this page showing proof that they have complied with ALL the raffle instructions. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you are not going to take part in the raffle promo.
